What is EconomicoNet?
It is an internet banking for companies and institutional which enables them to make, safely and autonomously a large number os operations without the need to do to the bank.
How to subsctibe to Economic Bank
Talk to your bank manager or download the Application and users forms at the site. (Download).
After filling it and returning to you account manager at the bank, you will have a Subscriber Card and an envelope with the Pin.

What are the subscription number and Pin for?
Subscription number - Number given by Banco Económico that together with the pin authenticate EconomicoNet user.
Pin - This security code is the other component, that, together with the Subscription number, will allow you access to the service. It will be required everytme you login and you must enter it by using a virtual keyboard which will appear on screen.
Can non clients subscribe to EconomicoNet?
No, EconomicoNet is exclusively for Banco Económico clients. To access EconomicoNet you only have to open an account at Banco Económico and ask to subscribe to this service.
What documents are needed to subscribe to EconomicoNet?
• Certificate of registry with powers to oblige the company;
• The company representatives I.D;
• NIF of company;
• Commercial business license.
How can I Access EconomicoNet?

You can access from any device, Computer, Smartphone or Tablet and who has access to internet.
After subscribing to EconomicoNet, can I access Internet Banking abroad?
Yes, you can access it anywhere in the world.
What is the Matrix Card?
It is meant to guaranty the safety of the internet transactions. Whenever you make an operation which implies a assets change, such as a transfer, we will ask for three (and only three) numbers for the matrix card.
When do I use the Matrix data?
EconomicoNet will tell you which data you should use to confirm the transaction.
Why is it that some trasnsactions do not need matrix card data?
Because they do not mean an exit of assest from the bank accounts, or because the value is very low.

What is the Token?
It is a text message, received on the mobile phone, with details of the transaction and an additional security code, which enables you to confirm the transactions.
In case you mobile phone is lost o stolen, please inform Banco Económico at once so we can proceed to the service’s cancelation. In this case you should give a new number for this purpose.
What cares should I take with SMS Token?
To ensure the effectiveness of SMS Token, each user will receive a different code which is personal and will only be use to authenticate one transaction at EconomicoNet. Banco Económico will never ask for the SMS Token code by email or phone. When you receive an SMS from EconomicoNet, never share the code with others.
How to proceed if I receive a SMS Token for a transaction not made?
Immediately contact the EconomicoNet line, available 24 a day, 7 days a week, on the following number +244 222 693 636.
Are Internet transactions really safe?
Yes, EconomicoNet technology guaranties the safety of bank transactions over the internet.
What are the risks?
• Breach of security on behalf of the Internet Banking users, regarding sharing passwords to third parties.
• If you access EconomicoNet on computers with no virus protection, or out dated protections, you can be targeted by malware (software which spies the information n your computer);
• To use public computers to access EconomicoNet, may rise security issues ( evil software).
How to protect personal data, bank data and password?
Never give your personal data to others, specifically your subscription number, your password or information on the Matrix Card.
Banco Económico will never ask you for information via email or phone.
Is it normal to receive e-mails or calls from Banco Económico, regarding the security of the computer?
Banco Económico never calls or emails its clients with questions regarding the security of the equipment. If you are contacted do not answer or open any link sent by email.
What is PHISHING?
Phishing is a type of fraudulent action which uses false emails that appear to be generated by your bank but that are sent by strangers with the purpose of stealing personal information.
These emails usually ask the receiver to use a hyperlink to a web page, where the person is led to confirm personal information, such as the access code to the internet baking service.
Although these pages may appear legitimate and are similar to your bank’s pages, they are a fraud with the sole purpose of obtaining the client’s bank data.
For your own safety never give your access data or matrix card data via e-mail.
What is the safest way to use internet banking?
Always use a personnal computer with reliable and up to date anti virus. Never ask or accept updates via e-mail.
